You are expected at the arrivals hall of Rotterdam The Hague Airport on Monday, September 16 at 12:30. The team from The Workation Agency will welcome you and assist you with check-in.

ARRIVAL IN SPAIN
Upon arrival at Málaga Airport, you will be welcomed by the local team of The Workation Agency.
A transfer will take you to the hotel.
OVERNIGHT STAY
You will stay at the 5-star Gran Melia Don Pepe hotel, including buffet breakfast. A spacious room with a private terrace and garden view. Within walking distance of the sea.

Day 1: September 16
12:30 Meet at the departure hall at Rotterdam The Hague Airport. You will be met by a representative of The Workation Agency. Here you will check in your luggage.
13:00 Lunch at Fletcher Hotel Wings at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
14:00 After lunch, you will go through customs.
15:55-18:50 The flight takes you to Málaga in approximately 2.5 hours. You will be met at the airport by the team from The Workation Agency and then taken by private transfer to the Gran Melia Don Pepe hotel.
20:30 Arrival at Hotel Gran Melia Don Pepe in Marbella, check-in. Required: passport and credit card as guarantee for any extras.
21:00 Dinner on the first evening at the authentic Spanish tapas restaurant La Venencia de la Fontanilla, within walking distance of the hotel.
Day 2: September 17
Breakfast at Hotel Don Pepe
10:30 Meet in the lobby of Don Pepe. We are heading to The Pool, within walking distance of the hotel.
11:00-13:00 Inspiration session on customer focus and relationship marketing, led by Kim Romme from DOOR Training & Coaching.
In addition, Tony Mastrantuono, Audi Brand Ambassador for Audi Centrum Rotterdam (Pon Automotive), shares his expertise and perspectives on the effective application of customer focus (hospitality) and relationship marketing.
13:00 Light lunch at The Pool prior to our afternoon program.
14:00-16:00 With a private driver, you will take a unique tour in classic cars along the coast and through picturesque landscapes. Along the route, we will make a few beautiful stops where a snack and a drink await.
Spare time
19:30 We leave on foot for the restaurant for tonight.
20:00 Dinner at a Spanish Chiringuito - Trocadero Playa.
Day 3: September 18
Start the day with a good breakfast at the hotel.
10:30 Meet in the hotel lobby. You will be picked up by a private transfer and taken to the port of Puerto Banús.
11:00-13:00 Boat trip on the Mediterranean Sea on a beautiful yacht while enjoying a snack and a drink.
Spare time
17:30 Walking along the boulevard, we head towards the Marbella Club Hotel.
18:00 Short inspirational talk Marbella Club Hotel.
18:30 Wine Tasting at the Marbella Club Hotel. During this tasting of 5 delicious wines, a sommelier will tell you more about these unique wines.
20:00 A delicious 3-course dinner at the accompanying restaurant El Patio.
Day 4: September 19
Start the day with breakfast at the hotel.
10:00-11:30 In an exclusive inspiration session at the hotel, Jeroen Jansen of Florentes Vermogensbeheer takes you on an enlightening journey through the fascinating world of (family) businesses and wealth. Discover how, with the right knowledge and strategies, you can become financially independent from your company.
11:30 Check out of the hotel. Your luggage will be stored behind the reception.
12:00-13:00 Cycle to Puerto Banús. Cycle along the lively boulevard and enjoy the warm sun while exploring the surroundings on two wheels.
13:30 Lunch at Restaurante Camuri - Las Cuchis. We will provide a delicious paella here, naturally accompanied by a drink, to conclude this trip together in a charming, Spanish-style atmosphere.
15:30-16:00 Cycle back to the hotel.
17:00 You will be picked up from the Hotel Don Pepe and taken to Málaga Airport by private transfer.
19:40-22:30 Flight to Rotterdam
